We are self-catering holiday cottage owners, and this is our beachfront cottage, located in Politika, in Evia island. It is a Greek traditional style cottage, with two floors, surrounded by a big garden which offers a beautiful natural settings for complete relaxation.
The ground floor is aprox. 70 sq m. A fully equipped kitchen is located downstairs together with a dining area and spacious sitting room that opens to the patio and front garden. The front garden leads to the beach. In addition, one bathroom with toilet, basin and a shower. Two of the four double bedrooms are also located in the ground floor, with one more bathroom with toilet, basin and shower, in between them.
Upstairs, the first floor is aprox. 40 sq m with two more double bedrooms, a small lobby with fridge and a bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. This opens to a terrace overloking the front garden and the sea.
Renting this private beach cottage on the tranquil beach of Politika village, it means that you can enjoy the sea at any time, without having to "book a piece of the beach" by placing your towel down before breakfast, if you know what I mean. You can put on your beach wear, and get in and out of the sea as many times as you like during the day. In the time between your dips in the sea, you can relax under the trees.
